The deputy also observed Bozeman throw another item into nearby grass and subsequently located additional paraphernalia that Bozeman attempted to dispose of. Multiple rocks of suspected crack cocaine were seized during the incident.
Bozeman was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges including possession of crack cocaine, obstruction of justice, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He remains incarcerated pending a bond hearing.
