On Friday, March 6, at 4:05 p.m., Brody Trosclair, a former Thibodaux High School star, helped his current college team, the Northwestern State Demons, secure a 9-8 victory in their NCAA Division I baseball contest against the Incarnate Word Cardinals.
The teams faced off at Sullivan Field for this game, marking their second encounter of the season. In the previous matchup earlier on Friday, March 6, the Demons were defeated 13-9 by the Cardinals.
Trosclair took the mound for four innings, finishing with two walks and six strikeouts.
The Demons will take on the Incarnate Word Cardinals again at Sullivan Field on Saturday, March 7, at 1:05 p.m.
