The Terrebonne Parish Department of Coastal Restoration and Preservation Coastal Zone Management Office is currently reviewing applications for a Coastal Use Permit and/or a Coastal Impact Certificate. The public is invited to provide comments on these applications during a 25-day comment period.
One of the applications received is from Eddie Pellegrin, Jr. who has proposed clearing an access trail around the perimeter of his property in order to conduct a survey. He is also seeking a permit to build a bridge for accessing his property located at 124 Timberwood Drive, Gray, LA in Terrebonne Parish. The application reference number is P20230998.
According to Mart Black, the Director of the Terrebonne Parish Department of Coastal Restoration and Preservation, the public comment period for this particular application will remain open until January 7, 2024.
