Important information has been released regarding the upcoming spring elections in Terrebonne Parish. The Municipal Primary Election is scheduled for March 29, 2025, and will be a parish-wide event. Early voting for this election will take place at the Registrar of Voters Office in Government Towers from March 15 to March 22, excluding Sunday. Voting hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

On election day, polling stations will open at 7:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM. Following this, the General Election is set for May 3, 2025, which will be conducted by district rather than parish-wide. Early voting for the General Election is available from April 19 to April 26, with the same daily schedule as the primary election.

For those interested in viewing sample ballots or checking their current registration status, resources are available online at www.geauxvote.com or through the GEAUX VOTE app. These platforms also provide information on polling locations and registration details.

Voters are reminded to bring picture identification when heading to vote. Additionally, there are specific qualifications for requesting a mail ballot, which can be reviewed online at www.geauxvote.com.

The deadline to add propositions to the May election is March 10, 2025. For further inquiries or assistance regarding voting qualifications and procedures, residents can contact the Registrar's office at 985-873-6533.
