The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) has announced an online auction for surplus adjudicated property. The auction is scheduled to begin on April 28, 2025, and will conclude on April 30, 2025. Interested parties can start viewing the properties from March 26, 2025.
Properties available for auction will be listed on the Surplus/Auction Items page of the TPCG website as well as the Central Auction House website. To place bids in the online auction, participants must register with Central Auction House. Registration is free and necessary to access attached documents.
